the location seemed alright, everything i needed was basically there.
The room... ugh, it was supposedly cleaned daily, but i definitely saw some questionable crumbs. the shower temperature was a joke. It went from freezing to scalding with zero warning. and the noise from the street? let's just say earplugs became my best friends .

I appreciate the location as it was near the university. Tram line access helped me reach distant locations and the train station easily. The staff was friendly and also helpful. The room proved spacious enough for my short stay and I liked the kitchenette, which allowed simple meals in my room.

The room was clean and well kept daily. It includes a functioning kitchen area and a comfortable bed. The presence of air conditioning was something I was really thankful for, especially considering the weather.

The hotel personnel was polite, patient, and kind. They were helpful whenever I needed it and spoke both French and English. The reception provided prompt assistance and quickly resolved any questions I had.

the room was spacious it had a good kitchenette. tea and coffee were provided each day. the reception desk were helpful and assisted us a lot.
there was no do not disturb sign inside of the room. the breakfast offered little. the heating and the ac didn't work it got cold inside of the room in the night

The location provided easy access to local attractions. I found a market nearby, it was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful . I used the kitchenette for self-catering.
The furniture in the room showed some signs of age.
